Flag football is a non-contact sport that focuses on the necessary skills needed to play the game of football. It has gained popularity across the world over the past 15 years and continues to grow as kids become aware of this fun, safe & action packed game.

Niagara Youth Flag Football is the first league to start a successful flag football program in 2018 and serve youth aged 4-18, boys & girls. We have partnered with the NFL Flag Football Association and have some exciting plans in the works - stay tuned!

Home of the world championship team Niagara Nitros and last years u18 national champions and u16 national champions. NFL flag national champions at u14 and u10 as well! All in one year 2024! The biggest house league in the Niagara region with divisions ranging from 8-30 teams and different tiers to ensure quality and fair game play.
