Flag football is a non-contact sport that focuses on the necessary skills needed to play the game of football. It has gained popularity across the world over the past 15 years and continues to grow as kids become aware of this fun, safe & action packed game.
Niagara Youth Flag Football is the first league to start a successful flag football program in 2018 and serve youth aged 4-18, boys & girls. We have partnered with the NFL Flag Football Association and have some exciting plans in the works - stay tuned!
Niagara Youth Flag Football competed in the 2021 NFL Flag Canadian Championships at U13 and lost in the semi-finals to the winning team who will represent Canada at the Pro-Bowl in Las Vegas. One of our latest initiatives includes running a competitive local touch-football high-school league for teams from Hamilton & Niagara!
